Manage the music studio daily at 44 hours a week except on specified rest days.
Respond to customer bookings promptly by answering phone calls, text messages and emails.
Advertise available time slots and studio services.
Attend to customer concerns and feedback to studio owners.
Update booking system and maintain customer database.
Update sales records and submit monthly reports.
Keep the studio clean and in order.
Report equipment issues immediately (i.e. equipment damages).
Charge studio rates appropriately (i.e. non-member’s rates, midnight charges).
Reconcile cash and inventory start and end of shift. Handover shift duties properly.
Assist in planning of events (i.e LiveAMP’s JwC, Annual Rockfest).
Handle other admin duties.
