Lazada South East Asia Pte Ltd – Legal Intern

Given our tremendous growth, we are searching for dynamic, entrepreneurial, broad-minded individuals to be part of our rapidly expanding team!

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for:

• ·         managing the contract process for Lazada entities across South East Asia
• ·         facilitating the process within Legal department and be involved in cross-functional tasks
• ·         assisting in the formulation of the company’s legal policies and procedures  

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• keen interest in corporate commercial matters

• great organizational skills and interpersonal skills

• the willingness to take initiative

• ability to work independently

• 2-3 month internship period

• Preferably with experience in M&A, due diligence (not mandatory)

• Keen interest in e-commerce/startup industry
