- Job Description
- Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- managing the contract process for Lazada entities across South East Asia
- facilitating the process within Legal department and be involved in cross-functional tasks
- assisting in the formulation of the company’s legal policies and procedures
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:- keen interest in corporate commercial matters
- great organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- the willingness to take initiative
- ability to work independently
- 2-3 month internship period
- Preferably with experience in M&A, due diligence (not mandatory)
- Keen interest in e-commerce/startup industry
