Job Description
Are you looking to learn more about the HR function and potentially exploring for a HR career? Join our fast moving team for a 4-6 months assignment.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Recruitment in Singapore you will be responsible for:
• supporting a project recruitment drive for the Commercial function in SEA Region
• research and map out the talent market for specific skill set
• identifying candidates with specific technical skills that are most in-line with the hiring managers’ requirements
• directly research and sourcing for key talent, through various sources, such as LinkedIn and other on-line social media properties
• candidate initial screening and interview arrangement
• maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• degree related to Human Resource management
• good communication skills and some business acumen
• good interpersonal skills and loves interaction with people!
• passion and interest in the fast moving e-commerce industry
