Lazada Marketplace enables third-party merchants to list and sell their products through our website (similar to ebay or tmall).  We are a fast-growing business unit that is rapidly expanding, signing up hundreds of new merchants and bringing thousands of new products to our site. 

As Head of Key Account Management, you would have oversight on the entire Marketplace seller base for the country and you will be working closely with both the regional and local Marketplace teams to optimize the existing catalog and actively expand our online offerings.

Job Description

Main responsibilities

·         Manage local Key Account Management (KAM) teams, serving as the link between regional  and local

·         Organize the development of local KAM marketing campaigns and seller meetings

·         Analyze marketing and business intelligence data at a country and category level to guide marketing, pricing, and product strategy

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong business judgment with a track record of successful sales and relationship management

  • Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential

  • A track record of proven success in past positions

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required with Masters preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in top tier management consulting, investment banking, e-commerce

  • MBA is a plus
