Job Description
Skills Required
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills
  • Highly energetic and a self-starter
  • Able to work independently, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Result oriented approach
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
  • Ability to speak other local languages will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of web and social networks to generate leads
  • Work experience preferred (but not compulsory)
  • Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs may apply
Responsibilities
  • Contacting decision makers from advertising agencies and brands
  • Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
  • Managing a portfolio of contacts
  • Segmenting the needs and qualifying the leads
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
  • Developing and accomplishing a regional lead generation plan
  • Following up existing enquiries and converting into sales
  • Scheduling appointments for the team
KPIs
  • Number of qualified meetings scheduled each week
  • Turnover generated following the meetings
