Job Description
As our Front of House Crew, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, as well as ability to assist the Back of House duties.

- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed on time according to checklist.
- Attend to the customers.
- Assist in handling out the take-away orders to customers
- Good product and pricing knowledge, able to suggest menu to customers, consistently use suggestive selling and up-sell to the customers
- Consistently serve and check on the customers in a professional and friendly manner, offer assistance to customers without being asked
- Ensure all orders being execute, and serve to the customers in sequence
- Complete, prepare and present the bill accurately
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Control all stock items, ensure wastage is kept to a minimum
