- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome visitors and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one, including guiding visitors to the ticketing booths, the entry doors
- Provide ticketing services to general public and tour groups
- Assist in frontline guest services and adhere to standards of service delivery including managing a friendly and approachable disposition
- Assist visitors in taking pictures in the museum
- Handle any related enquiries and assist any team members when required
QUALIFICATIONS- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion in service and enjoys interacting with people of all ages
- Duration: Minimum three months and long-term period is preferred; Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
