§ Develop and recommend commercial strategies (distribution, media, communications)
IV. Financial business modelling and country P&L analysis
§ Analyse country business and P&L and recommend glidepath to profitability
§ Analyse current cost structure of business and suggest improvement
§ Lead overall projects and recommendations end to end to drive results
