Java Developer
Overview
We are a startup-company focused on Customer Risk Management in Finance sector. We are also small consultancy firm providing expert advice and assistance to companies that use Risk Management, J2EE software and E-Commerce.
We are looking for an intern/fulltime/freelance Java developer. Looking for a positive-minded and driven individuals. This is a great opportunity for anyone to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
• You will work with international projects for an MNC
• Research, test, recommend and implement new technologies and tools.
• Build all facets of software systems including the data model, business logic, and front-end.
• Produce a high-quality level of documentation.
• Diagnose problems quickly and implementing code fixes to resolve them.
• Provide application deployment support and ongoing application maintenance.
• Perform as both a self-motivated and collaborative problem solver.
• Can do attitude
Experience
Qualified individuals should have experience with the following:
• Experience in Java and J2EE programming.
• Knowledge of JBOSS Application Server
• Persistence API
• Experience in working with Web services, XML, XSLT Transformations
• Javascript experience is an added advantage but no must
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g. Postgis, MSSQL)
• Fluency in English
Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, potential for bonus.
