Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality guided tours of the above sites for all levels of visitors (including government officials & ministers)
- Perform Customer Service Officer duties
- Event coordination & crowd management
- Assist with facility checks, site operations & submit reports
- GCE 'O' Level, diploma or higher qualification
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) is a must
- Proficiency in official languages (Malay, Mandarin & Tamil) will be an advantage
- Good presentation skills
- Pleasant personality & service oriented
- Computer literate
- Willing to work weekend shifts (5-day week)
- Only Singaporeans/PRs need apply
