Job Description
				
This role will assist in administrative and support role for the Travel Retail APAC business.
• Consolidate and update monthly sales reports
• Assist in counter visual update and update lightbox calendar.
• Liaise with supplier and retailer on preparation and production of GWP showcard.
• Creation of planogram and reporting templates.
• Filling of documents/forms requested by retailers.
• Download updates of information from the IP Paris extranet.
• Checking of PM$/product claim report from operators.
• Arrange lab samples, pre-series and color proof to agents, distributors & retailers.
• Arrange with Admin Executive for any courier services.
• Send advertising layouts, pack shots and product information for in-flight listings to agents. Work with distributors to get translation when necessary. Check that the information printed is correct.
• Tracking and checking of in-flight magazines.
• Coordinate with Training Manager on dissemination of training notes to BAs, distributors or retailers.
• Assist with BA quarterly allowance.
• Update BA profile record.
• Preparation and sending of BA birthday cards.
• Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
