- We are seeking resourceful and mature individuals to join us as Customer Service Executives in the Singapore Centre to provide assistance round the clock. You will assist our clients by coordinating the delivery of medical, concierge, lifestyle, home & automobile assistance services. You should possess a ??A' level/Diploma/Degree qualification, and be computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals). Experience in call centres, assistance companies and/or the hospitality industry will be advantageous. You must enjoy a call centre environment and be able to work in a team. You must speak and write well and possess excellent planning and customer interaction skills. You must also have a passion for service and results, and be able to thrive on high stress situations to deliver emergency responses to our clients in need.
