To be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. To answer and transfer telephone calls quickly and efficiently. To open and distribute incoming post and faxes. To perform general typing duties. To handle filing / archiving of student records and dissemination of student materials.

Students from the field of Accounting,Business and Mass Communications may apply.
• Presentable with good spoken English and interpersonal skills
• Maintain service level standards and actively contribute to the development of a service culture of excellence.
