- Interning with us will give you an unique opportunity to meet and work with some of the world's leading digital companies and agencies like Google, LinkedIn, Yahoo, CBS Interactive (GameSpot/CNet Asia), Mediacorp, SPH, InSing (SingTel), TripAdvisor etc.
The job broadly involves assisting and supporting the Events and Education Manager.
Events
-Assist in signature IAB Events for Branding & Networking purposes (eg: IAB Executive Breakfast Briefings) including online booking / reservations
-Work in close collaboration with internal Marketing colleagues for increased awareness and promotional opportunities Education & Training-Any ad hoc work as assigned
Requirements:
Prior event management and or training experience is not necessary but highly advantageous
Process-driven with exceptional organisational skills
Tech-savvy and well familiar with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and online tools
Meticulous and detailed oriented with a focus on customer service Strong written and verbal communicator Work within a dynamic, constantly changing industry with an upbeat attitude and a sense of humour
