- Job Description
The ideal candidate will contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors. You will be a team-player who is a self-starter, curious and eager to learn, and well organized. High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills is a must.
Responsibilities:
§Combine and analyse Marketing, Sales and CS reports to always propose new actions to increase conversion rate.§Responsible for the logistic flow: from customers’ order on the website to customers’ delivery.§Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.§Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.§Work hand in hand with all departments to prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports.§Implement new tools with IT team, marketing team and customer support team.§Work closely with IT team to write new specs, test and deploy new functionalities. Submit bug reports.§Coordinate with Marketing and Design team to create new offers for customers.§Work with the finance team to help reconciliation between account payable and account receivable.§Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.§Translate contents in the local language for the front/end platform, marketing team and customer support team.§Be involved in Ad hoc projects for additional businesses at Fashion Interactive Pte. Ltd.§Requirements:
§Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience of operational management or other business related area.§Strong organisational skills.§Have good judgement and decision making skills.§Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form§Be able to use computer applications effectively.
