Job Description
Responsible for Functions related to admin cum account, account receivable, invoicing, general account procedures, file maintenaince and general duties. 


  1. Arrange office equipment and office supplies, issue Purchase Requisition, obtain quotations, order/confirm purchase based on approved PO, including arrange delivery and receiving of goods & services
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word and excel)
  3. Effective communication skills.
  4. Well spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
  5. Well spoken in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Customers/counterparts).
