Job Description: Imagine Concepts Singapore is an experiential marketing agency with an integrated spectrum of media practices, specialising in experiential events, virtual events and guerilla marketing. Our scope covers every field of operation from conceptualisation and development to activation.

We are committed to discern, develop and deliver our clients' marketing initiatives.

The person will be working with the Events Producer and will be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:

• Conceptualizing of event ideas

• Involvement in planning and executing of events & conferences

• Gathering information for proposal submissions

• Liaising with suppliers & hotels etc for quotation

• Other ad hoc duties

Students from Events Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management are strongly encouraged to apply. We are seeking for:

Resourceful individual with good time management and organizational skills

Enthusiastic, self-motivated and outgoing

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet datelines

Possession of positive and adaptable approach to problem solving

Ability to work as part of a team
