- Manage warehouse inventory (e.g. receiving stocks, no./SKU count, storage, outgoing stocks)
- Packaging of products to be delivered to customers
- Assist customer walk-ins to collect their purchased products
- Manage all paperwork related to the flow of products from receiving point to sending point
- Use the knowledge and experience gained to improve on ILOVEDEALS's logistical process flow
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
- Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/ecommerce in general
- Interested to work in a start-up environment
- Good communication, writing and telephone skills
- Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good attitude and customer skills
- Enthusiasm and a sense of ownership
