Requirement
- Degree/Diploma/Poly in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or any relevant field.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin(Optional)
- Adaptable to work in startup environment
- Good communications skills, both writing and verbally
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Entrepreneurship mindset: curious, adventurous, strong team player
- Able to work independently
- Outgoing & initiative & positive attitude

Job Description
- Users/Customers support & trouble shooting
- Maintain good users/customers relationship
- Approve/Validate payment transactions
- Approve/Validate e-commerce content
- Communicate with customers for products/services description & trouble shooting
- Collect users/customers feedback
