Job Description

Requirement

·         Degree/Diploma/Poly in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Graphics/Multimedia, Arts or any relevant field

·         Fluent in English & Mandarin (Optional)

·         Good communications skills, both writing and verbally

·         Good organizational and time-management skills

·         Curious, adventurous, strong team player

·         Able to work independently

·         Outgoing & initiative & positive attitude

·         Enjoy serving customer

·         S$500 – S$700 (Conditions Apply)

Job Description

·         Users/Customers support & trouble shooting

·         Maintain good users/customers relationship

·         Approve/Validate payment transactions

·         Approve/Validate e-commerce content

·         Communicate with customers for products/services description & trouble shooting

·         Collect users/customers feedback
