Job Description
- Finance Matters
1. Full scope of accounting for certain active companies (the exact entities assigned by your Immediate Supervisor):
a) Monthly Financial Accounting (“FA”)
b) Monthly Operational Accounting (“OA”) at division level
c) Data entry and preparation of all documentation relating to AR, AP, Cashbook & GL
d) Accrual & Payments
e) Invoicing & Receipts (includes follow up on overdue receivables)
f) Statements of Account & Reminder letters to customers (where applicable)
g) Contract Payroll Invoicing
h) Finance related administrative matters - No working experience needed
- Must be able to commit AT LEAST 3 days per week.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard.
- Contract and Internship position(s) available.
