- Job Description
- 1. Interview & Selection
• Play a key role in achieving HRnetGroup’s recruitment goals by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talents locally and regionally
• Conduct and facilitate effective group hiring and achieve the hiring targets2. General HR Operations
• Initiate HR intervention activities/programmes which will support the achievement of business goals positively and other HR-related issues
• Translate business objectives into HR deliverables which will motivate higher business performances
• Keep up-to-date with all employment laws and statutory regulations3. Other HR Projects
• Assist in developing constantly improving in materials for Learning & Development Programme, Orientation, etc
• Assist in organizing events for staff, business associates, etc (eg Family Day, Annual Company Functions, Relationship Building Activities with clients, etc)
• Manage or assist in any other adhoc projects as assigned
