Job Description
HR Executive (3 Months Contract)
1. Interview & Selection
• Play a key role in achieving HRnetGroup’s recruitment goals by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talents locally and regionally
• Conduct and lead effective group hiring and achieve the hiring targets
• Facilitate group assessment centre for potential candidates
• Perform candidates’ closure and follow-up on start work

2. Other HR Projects
• Assist in developing constantly improving in materials for Learning & Development Programme, Orientation, etc
• Assist in coordinating and organizing in-house Training Programs e.g. UEP, CSA
• Assist in organizing events for staff, business associates, etc (eg Family Day, Annual Company Functions, Relationship Building Activities with clients, etc)
• Assist in enhancement and improvement in various HR processes, policies and system.
• Manage or assist in any other adhoc projects as assigned

  • Possibility to convert to Full-time depending on performance
  • No working experience required.
