Job Description

Delivery Management Responsibilities:

·     Arrange digital delivery with asset management vendors for each clock number delivery.

·     Follow-up each delivery task closely from start to end. Obtain completed delivery report.

·  Coordinate delivery based on Media Requisition List from Account Managers. Liaison with Producers and Media Transfer Team on asset to be delivered and provide constant updates on delivery status to all parties promptly. 

TVC Censorship Clearance Responsibilities:

·     Ensure slate details, TVC and final storyboard/script are all QC’ed and accurate before censorship clearance submission.

·     Coordinate all necessary substantial documents (FDA, Music License, Proof of Claims, etc) for censorship clearance submission.

Other Administrative Responsibilities:

·     Maintain documentation and filing for record purposes.

·     Disseminate relevant information to relevant parties when necessary.

·     Managing quotations and invoices from any 3rd party.

·     Support Supervisor and other teammates when necessary.

The Requirements:

·     Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Commerce/Mass Communication/Marketing/Advertising or any other related field

·     Min 1-2 years experience in Commercial Post Production facility/ Administrative/ TV Media Broadcasting/ TV Licensing/ TV S&P or Compliance/ Advertising & Marketing is highly preferred

·     Knowledge and prior experience with Asset Management vendors, postproduction companies and media broadcasting is beneficial

·     Ability to handle multiple jobs at one time, on your own and as part of a team

·     Assertive, Meticulous, Co-operative, Ethical, Independent as well as a great team player.

·     Confident to manage expectations when required.
