Job Description
Boutique Studio Front Desk Admin - Part-time & Flexi Hours!
Only required at Studio for certain hours of the day when there are classes - other hours OK to work from home.
$10/hr - averaging 6 hours daily, 5 days a week.
Position required by mid-June. Training will be provided.
Job Duties:
• Assists the studio in maintaining files and databases
• Updates and maintenance of website
• Updates and maintenance of staff schedule on the booking system
• Communicate with teachers on class sign-ups, cancellations or any class-related updates
• Front desk administration such as manning the studio phone, customer sign-in, registration, and transaction of purchases
• Monitors studio operations, set up the studio as needed for each class.
• Schedules appointments and meetings for team members
• Serves as the go-to for studio inquiries from customers and prospects, which requires a thorough understanding of studio products and services
• Tracks office supply inventory and report to manager for orders
• Follow-up of email enquiries from customers, redirecting to relevant parties when appropriate
Job Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Must be self directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Maintains staff confidentiality
• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
Requirements:
• Minimum: Diploma
• Prior admin work experience a bonus
• Fresh graduates welcome
