Founded in 2003, Halogen Foundation Singapore is a values–based, not-for-profit Institution of Public Character (IPC) dedicated to youth leadership and entrepreneurship development. At Halogen, we believe in investing in the future of our nation. We believe that the seeds we plant today will determine our tomorrows.
That is why we exist – to inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well. Leadership and Entrepreneurship is not about just positional, but personal influence.
