Job Description for Position:
HR & Admin Executive(Temp)
Responsibilities
- To assist the manager/VP in the human resource management and related functions
- Ensure company’s human resources are used efficiently and effectively
- Assist in developing ,implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulation
- Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training,development and career support needs
- Conduct new hire survey and exit interview to improve existing welfare
- Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve on the current HR system and process development
- Other Ad-hoc assignment
