Job Description
As a Intern, you will be primarily tasked with being the spokesperson of an exciting new mobile game we are launching for a multinational brand. You will be voice of our game heroes engaging directly with the players.
Your Role:
- Get to know our game inside out so you can answer any questions from our player community
- Dealing with inquiries from players
- Be on hand to help and advise our players through online channels
- Respond to player questions by quickly and unbureaucratically finding solutions to technical problems and bugs
- Work in close cooperation with other departments: Give feedback to our creative team, game designers and report bugs to colleagues
- Your goal: Encourage player loyalty by providing our players with outstanding experience.
