Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a qualified intern interested in educational consulting and business management. The company is in the exciting stage of growth, and the intern will be involved in spearheading key projects and building the company's business brand locally and internationally. 

The intern is given broad and concrete responsibilities from the get-go. We are confident that the intern will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of building a successful business.

The intern will also have the chance to work closely with a team of directors who have broad experiences in corporate finance, management consulting, broadcast journalism and public service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the core teaching team in class planning

• Assist in planning for major upcoming marketing event at Suntec Singapore

• Assist with developing market outreach and branding strategies

• Contribute to website redesign project in various ways

• Prepare presentations for clients

• Provide support to social media efforts

• Assist with the preparation of educational training materials

• Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, sales meetings and student engagements

REQUIREMENTS

IvyPrep is looking for someone with a passion in education consulting. This intern should be a confident communicator who is prepared to liaise with clients. He/she should have strong verbal and written communication skills. He/she should also ideally be highly familiar with digital media as well as the digital advertising space. He/she must be prepared to work independently and confidently without close, direct supervision. Ideally, the intern should be familiar with the SAT exam and overseas university admissions.

TIME COMMITMENT

Full-time. Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7:00PM
