- To provide coordination and arrangement service for parents and tutors
- Manage tutor profiles
- Make arrangement for home tuition and payment of fees
- Liase with tuition centres and schools regarding class listings
- Follow up on customers to provide ongoing customer support
- Flexible working days, required to work in office for 1 working day and at least 16 hours of work at home
