Job Description
- Provides friendly, engaging customer service at all times
- Responsible for the setup, maintenance and operation of the warmer bins
- Greeting of guests, suggestive selling, taking orders, restocking and handling out popcorn samples
- Ensures compliance with correct sanitation practices for food service
- Portions and serves all varieties of popcorn in bags and tins
- Restocks front of house with necessary materials such as packaging, sample cups, napkins etc
- Ensure an accurate accounting of all transaction, collections and disbursements
- Counts cash, check or credit card payment from guests
- Actively supports other team members in their roles as needed
- Responsible for daily cleaning duties as required
Qualifications
Other Information
- Possess min Primary/Secondary School, WSQ WPL Level 3 or relevant.
- On-Job Training will be provided.
- Comfortable communicate with customer and handle cashering/POS machine.
- Value good work ethics (integrity, teamwork, punctuality, respect).
- Full time (44 hours per week) and permanent part-time employment available.
- Work locations: Orchard area, Great World City, Vivocity, Resorts World Sentosa.
