Job Description
The Role:
- Maintain high level of customer service experience
- Deal with suppliers, geeks and customers
- Learn and be competent at service level
- Supervises preparation and positioning of people
- Duty roster planning, handle geeks/ customer feedback
- Manage labour cost/ inventory/ wastage/ cash/ product yields
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by Manager
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work in fast pace environment
