  • Responsible for providing all guests with customized, personal attention, anticipating guest’s needs, escorting guest to the appropriate service area and addressing extra detail is essential. 
  • Developing a professional rapport with each guest to help build trust and brand loyalty as well as generate more in-depth information for the client records.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all wellness services and pricing be comfortable answering questions and use proper telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Be responsible for taking reservations, making suggestions and suggestive selling of services and retail items at each opportunity.
  • Look for every opportunity to suggest new and enhanced guest experiences. Assist team members where needed in all aspects of the business operation.
Qualifications
  • Preferred similar experience in the spa / wellness / hospitality industry
  • Previous experience handling VIP guests
  • Calm, organized and has a passion for delivering exceptional level of guest service
  • Excellent communication, reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Chinese are required to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients
  • Excellent team building skills and problem solving skills are essential to this role.
