Hotel Vagabond – Guest Service Executive

Hotel Vagabond is Singapore’s first experience-driven luxury boutique hotel, designed to immerse guests in the theatre of art, food, drink and conversation as well as the only hotel in the country to feature an Artist in Residence program.  

This is a Part-Time Executive position that provides the individual a platform to experience and multi-task in numerous responsibilities associated with the various departments. Such a position provides an excellent background in preparing the individual for career advancement opportunities within the outlet or group Responsibilities 

• To assist in the efficient running of the day to day operations in the various Front of House responsibilities which include but is not limited to
  • Reservations and Door Host / Maitre D’Hotel duties
  • Beverage Service operations
  • Cocktail Lounge operations
•  and conduct knowledge and skills training, briefings and team meetings
• Participate and manage assigned sections, providing friendly and excellent service to create an awesome food and beverage experience for guests
• Develop action plans to achieve desired financial targets  and increase customer loyalty

 Requirements 

• A well-groomed and professional appearance
• Skilful at communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
• Good command of spoken English
• Outgoing, presentable and service orientated
• Willing to learn 
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
