Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote support to end users on IT and basic network problems (such as Email & Virus Issues, Laptop, PCs, Printers, Scanners, Server and Network connectivity issue) and requests.
• Assist in enforcement of IT standards and policies
• Support administration of servers and server clusters such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation
• Re-furbish, repair and maintain existing computers includes installation of OS, applications, drivers, etc
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Disciplined and able to manage time efficiently
• Possesses good interpersonal, communications and organizing skills
