- Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore) (FLA),
started as Singapore's national franchise body. It was one of the
founding members of the World Franchise Council. FLA, formerly known as
Singapore International Franchise Association (SIFA), was established in
1993 with the mission to nurture and develop Singapore's franchise
industry.
Heeding the Singapore Government's call to move towards a knowledge- based economy; coupled with the increasing synergy between Franchising, Branding and Technology Licensing , the Association has taken the initiative of enlarging the membership representation and scope of the Association to include companies engaged in Branding and Technology Licensing.
Promoting Singapore as a franchise hub and coupled with members' common objective of business growth and expansion through franchising and licensing formats, the Association seeks to continually promote the platforms of Entrepreneurship and Internationalism in the industry. - Job Description
- We are looking for an ethusiastic and independent individual who is able to assist us for our calendar of events.
Potential candidates should be self-motivated, possess a great deal of initiative, have an analytical mind and a great multi-tasker.
The candidate will be required to:
- Assist with the events' administrative processes
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors on the necessary events logistics
- Help out with the preparation of events' marketing collaterals
- Be responsible for contacting event attendees on the necessary details
- Occasional market research
- Other ad-hoc duties necessary for running of the events
Prior experience is not essential but would be preferred.
