We are looking for an efficient, personable, and organised Customer Support Executive who will assist the Account Manager and help expand our client base within the financial community in the Asia-Pacific region. For this position, we are seeking a highly motivated, creative, team player able to work effectively under pressure and within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and follow-up
- Researching list of prospects and maintaining databases
- Setting up sales meetings with existing and potential clients
- Working with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- A recognised university degree/diploma - Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
- Relationship building skills - Ability to develop relationships with clients by telephone and in face-to-face meetings
- Organization skills – Attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office - in particular Excel
- Knowledge and experience of the financial markets would be an advantage
- Must be very self-motivated and a good team player
