Job Description
Purpose:
The purpose of this intern is to support local and regional AP processes and compliances.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate and audit the data entry and administrative works of the outsourced service provider for invoices and travel and entertainment processes.
Ensure compliance and provide advice in accordance to policy to the service provider and internal and external customers.
Day to day operational documentation of invoices and working with the accounts assistance for application of AP receipts
