- Job Description
Purpose:
The purpose of this intern is to support local and regional training initiatives and projects.
The intern will also work with the workplace health facilitator personnel to role out events such as bazaar and health talks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate current existing training procedures with local training manager to design improvement and new initiatives to improve training in Singapore.
Research and explore on paper-less or e registration platforms for training.
Logistics coordination for training events.
The intern will also evaluate day to day HR work procedures, such improvements and update work procedures flow chart.
Depending on the intern bandwidth and learning interest, the intern will also be tasked to roll out workplace health programs and initiatives. Such activities include company wide initiatives such as fruits bazaars and health talks for employees.
The intern will report to the local training manager.
Only students from official school internship are considered.
