Purpose:
The purpose of this intern is to support the Regional Director of Total Rewards and Mobility in key projects such as budgeting and movement cost analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
With the ongoing development of the region’s Rewards framework and initiatives, the intern will assist the Director with evaluation and analysis, such as for salary planning, incentive programs and budget planning. This is to ensure alignment of practices across affiliates.
The intern will report to the Regional Director of Total Rewards and Mobility.
