Your role is to respond to inbound sales queries in a timely and professional manner. Your pay will be based on the profitable sale of state-of-the-art laptops and accessories.

Your Task
Responsibilities to the clients:
Attend training and become familiar with training materials
Meet your monthly sales target focusing on response times to inbound emails and total sales of state-of-the-art laptops and accessories.
Respond in excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin to large volume of inbound sales leads that will be provided to you
Present your weekly sales progress at the weekly team meeting
Be guided by and report to your Manager
Pro-actively seek new opportunities to win new customers
Pro-actively seek to fully understand existing customers' businesses and requirements for the year ahead.
Initiate further sales by scheduling appointments with decision-makers and decision-influencers within a prospective client company. Seek to recommend suitable solutions for our existing customers based on what we already know about their business.
Build, customize and deliver sales presentations, maintain and manage client and prospect data in sales database.
Responsibilities to the company:
Be actively involved in answering technical queries from customers pertaining to the projects; trouble-shooting in matters of documentation, delivery and service levels.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to discuss new product requirements, organize road shows / exhibitions and other exciting marketing activities.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English. If you also speak Mandarin you will earn a higher basic salary.
Genuine desire to help our clients to make the right decision in their purchase
Sense of moral obligation
Desire to earn excellent reward for your effort
