Job Description
Evotech Asia Consultancy Pte Ltd comprises of a strong and dynamic team from different areas of IT specialization.
We are a top tier partner with IBM. and a IBM stockist for both servers and options, to help to run extensive marketing promos eg server leasing as well as DR requirement, moreover we are able to support our regular customers by shortening their lead time for stock. Being an IBM stockiest allows us to have very special pricing with IBM x series run rate business. This includes all rack mount IBM servers and blade systems as well as storage systems up to V7000 etc and IBM branded networking infrastructure and power (UPS) to help customer achieve the benefits of IBM Total Solution.
Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming calls and emails on incidents reported by customers.
2. Perform ticket creation, updating, assigning, and closing of incident tickets.
3. Perform incident escalation for those incidents that are beyond helpdesk level.
4. Generate helpdesk reports.
Requirements
1. Good attitude, willing to learn
2. Able to communicate in English
