Epicurean Concepts Holdings Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

We are looking for intern to support our Marketing department in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Analyse marketing and sales data for compilation of reports

·         Assist in the research and preparation of marketing presentations

·         Work with the graphic designer in creation of online/offline marketing collaterals

·         Assist in the execution of events

·         Provide support for social media campaigns

·         Maintain tracking report for public relations activity

·         Support the department by liaising with vendors for printing, delivery for collaterals, etc

·         Ensuring necessary paperwork is done to aid the Finance team in prompt payments to vendors

·         Data Entry and Filing

·         Administrative duties such as processing mails and answering phone calls

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         Students majoring in Marketing

·         Have done a stint in F&B company/related experience

·         Able to translate and apply Marketing knowledge to the needs of the company

·         Positive and detail-oriented

·         Computer savvy

·         Ability to work independently & excellent time management

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Extensive Web and social media knowledge an advantage
