Basic Functions:
Perform daily operations at the outlet. Needs to assist the team to achieve revenue, cost and other targets by achieving the KPIs
Responsibilities :
1. Menu Execution
a. Food presentation, Portioning, Platting, Taste, Cooking method and Freshness
b. Correct Cooking Process
c. Follow Handbook and Manuals to ensure Consistency
2. Operational Issues
a. Responsible for the Appearance, Orderliness, Cleanliness, Housekeeping and Proper Set-up of the Restaurant and its related areas
b. Assures that Soiled or Damaged Equipment is removed and not put into used, particularly Chipped or Cracked dishes, Glasses and Rusty Utensils
c. Constantly on the alert of ways and means by which the Restaurant’s Operation could be improved and make more profitable
d. Ensure Operations run smoothly
e. Assist roll out of Marketing Projects or Promotional Menus
f. To maintain hygiene standards within the restaurant compliant to that of NEA standards are maintained
g. Follow and carried out Daily Cleaning Procedures. Signed off when done
3. On-Job-Training
a. Followed instructions given in service and kitchen procedures
b. Adhered to Company’s House Rules and Policies
c. Followed Standard Service and Kitchen Procedures and carried out in details
4. Security On Cash, Properties/Assets
a. Responsible for Managing all Stock Inventory
b. Ensure Equipment are used for its intended purpose, following Standard Operating Procedures. It is his/ her duty to prevent and eliminate waste of expendable supplies, which contributes to the Overall Food Cost
