- Responsibilities:
- Data-mining for delegate prospects
- Delegates invitation through tele-marketing
- Assist Event Manager in planning, execution and post event follow-up
- Provide event management support
Requirements:- Undergraduate / Diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Events Management or any related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Written & Spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Able to self project-manage
- Proficient in LinkedIn is a plus
- Meticulous and details-orientated
- Able to commit at least 3 months
