Responsibilites:

1.     Experience in Microsoft Office Excel

2.     Assist in filing, photocopying, extraction of information using excel, easy data entry and simple reconciliations

3.     Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager

Requirements

1.     “O” Level, ITE, Local Poly, entry level candidates or equivalent

2.     Experience in Financial Accounting System will be an added advantage

3.     Responsible and ability to meet deadlines

4.     Organize and Meticulous in details

5.     Independent, confident, performance driven and highly self-motivated

6.     A team player with good inter-personal and communication skills

7.     Required Proficiency in English

8.     To be available for at least 3 months, able to start work immediately.

9.     Paid by hourly rate
