Primary Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced web designer & developer to join our product management team in Singapore. The role is responsible for creating and utilizing web design to support the development and production of effective marketing communication strategies and programs.

Responsibilities:

•Understanding of the creative process and production techniques for websites

•Ensure that end products meet requirements and defined technical and quality standards

•Maintain steady production on a daily basis.

•Cooperate with other departments and 3rd-party vendors to create final designs and productions

•Follow existing brand standards, to multiple deliveries

•Strong typographic and layout skills

•Project management, file organization and archiving skills are a must

Job Requirements

Skill and Ability to:

•Operate a variety of computer platforms and operating systems;

•creatively translate abstract concepts into effective visual form in a variety of media;

•adapt graphics to fit needs of clients and target audience;

•utilize state of the art production tools to design and produce video and graphic materials;

•communicate effectively in both oral and written form;

•compose and edit written materials;

•explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to staff and customers;

•research and learn new software and adapt to changes in technology;

•prioritize, organize, and schedule work assignments and projects;

•establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work.

Basic Qualifications

•Degree qualified (IT or Commerce related preferred)

•Minimum of 5 years creative/UI design work

•Minimum of 3 years HTML coding and web site content maintenance work

•Internet industry experience

•Proficient inDreamweaver, Photoshop, CSS+DIV, Flash, XML, JS

•Knowledge of the latest design and development trends: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, SEO, site speed, etc

•Meticulous attention to detail with ability to work under deadlines and follow through on multiple projects (multi-tasking while maintaining focus)

•Flexible, open and skilled at working with a broad range of people across teams and cultures
