Job Scope:
-Evaluate local and international retail sites to create a comparison of
•User experience
•Inventory and selection
•Purchasing flow
•Customer service/returns/exchanges
•Price
•Customer satisfaction
•Reputation
•Marketing campaigns
•Brand perception
•Shipping and handling
-Create and maintain weekly updates to broader on local competitors
-Maintain competitors SharePoint site
-Highlight key movements from competitors to team as needed
-Pull monthly/quarterly comprehensive competitive insights regarding
•Sales/Revenues/Financials as they are available
•Best Sellers
Skills:
-Proficient in MSFT Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
-Analytical – with experience in statistics, working with large excel spreadsheets
-Good communication skills
-Interest in e-commerce and m-commerce
