Job Description
  1. Recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies on new hires. Arrange job interviews on behalf of HR Manager.Shortlisting and sourcing of potential candidates
  1. Compensation - Assist in bi-monthly payroll processing. Calculation of basic salary, overtime, meal and transport allowances for foreign workers
  1. Benefits - Updating of staff annual leave, medical leave, medical claim
  1. Organize Corporate Social Responsibility event
  1. Assist in data entry of staff’s data such as staff particulars, training records, foreign workers’ work pass details
  1. Issuing cheque payment to vendors such as training institutes, insurance brokers, recruitment agencies
